A Few Known Associates of Glen

Lisa Orsini is finishing a degree in psychology at Pacific Graduate School.

Former Berkeley roommate Barton Fortner "Hero" Branstetter, alias "Char". A Pittsburgh cardiologist who refuses to own a television. Does own a house and a dog. Known to associate with evil psychiatrist Cara McCandless, who rules over her dominion with an iron fist. Favorite card game: Magic.

Virginia "Squeaky" Wang can often be found hanging out on street corners berating innocent passersby. Likes: folk music, philosophy, Babylon 5. Dislikes: libertarianism.

Former Berkeley roommate Chad "Kermit" Williams is mostly harmless. He and his smart, yet utterly ruthless cohabitant Sarah "The Butcher" Roberts do not actually appear on this page. Fortunately, this bear was available at the last minute and at great expense to take their place.
Former Berkeley roommate Michaelangelo "Mahatma" Melo, alias "mike". Recently married to ruthless lawyer Sheila "book 'em" Bradley. Last seen living in Los Angeles, holding a street sign that said "will sysadmin for food." Any day now, mike's friends expect him to become the next Poet Laureate.

Katy H. McCandless, alias "Twinkletoes", ran for Ireland in the 1996 Atlanta Summer Olympics. Has papers to prove she is a "medically certified female." Last known location: Richmond Surrey, near London.

Evil psychiatrist Cara "Lioness" McCandless is an expert skier who recently seems to have fallen in with a bad crowd. Hobbies: rubbing her hands together and cackling evilly. Cara is suspected to be the brains behind the McCandless/Branstetter outfit.

Jordan "Mr. J" Lampe works in Japan and plays a mean game of backgammon. There is no truth to the rumor that he was sent to Japan as a spy for the NSA.
David "Funnybones" Smolin, alias "the kid". Glen attended David's Bar Mitzvah in Israel in 1995. David likes: Warcraft, Doom, Marathon, and a variety of musical instruments. Dislikes: homework, being photographed.

"Flash" Sheridan was co-founder (with Glen) of the Stanford Newton User's Group and is the current SNUG Publicity Chair. Dark Palo Alto coffee shops are his natural habitat. Microsoft is his sworn enemy.
Torey "giggles" Bookstein is a graphic artist who has a great sense of harmony and knows good music when she hears it. She now has a web portfolio and is looking for work.

Here's Glen visiting Jordan in Tokyo, Japan.

From foreground to background, that's Glen, Char, and Cara skiing at Grand Targhee.

"Here. Try this little government program. It'll ease your pain. The first bag is free.
